摘要
环境监测中,传统的化学分析方法需要使用大量化学试剂,部分试剂具有毒性,可能对环境产生不友好的污染物,而且分析周期长,无法满足当下环境监测快速、对环境友好的需求。作为与紫外光谱、质谱、核磁共振谱并称四大光谱之一的分子光谱,红外光谱具有方便快速、高效准确、成本较低、不破坏样品、不消耗化学试剂、不污染环境等优点,在食品、医学、高分子材料、矿物、环境、石化和制药等领域得到广泛应用。本文重点分析了红外光谱技术在环境监测中的应用。
In environmental monitoring,traditional chemical analysis methods require the use of a large number of chemical reagents,some of which are toxic,may produce unfriendly pollutants to the environment,and have long analysis cycles,which cannot meet the current rapid and environmentally friendly requirements of environmental monitoring.As a molecular spectrum that is one of the four major spectra combined with ultraviolet spectrum,mass spectrum,and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum,infrared spectrum has the advantages of convenience,speed,efficiency,accuracy,low cost,no damage to samples,no consumption of chemical reagents,and no pollution to the environment,which is widely used in food,medicine,polymer materials,minerals,environment,petrochemical and pharmaceutical fields.This paper focuses on the application of infrared spectroscopy in environmental monitoring.
