摘要
针对传统内热式活化炉工艺产品质量不稳定、产量低和污染大等问题,分析传统内热式活化炉生产工艺存在的问题,采取增加二次配风、增加二次补燃风、改变通蒸汽方式和改善窑炉密闭性等措施。结果表明,窑炉内温度大幅提高,整个窑几乎都处于活化区,产品质量和产量得以提升,污染物排放达标,现场生产环境得到很大改善。
In view of the problems of unstable product quality,low output and serious pollution in the traditional internal heating activation furnace process,problems existing in the production process of the traditional internal heating activation furnace are analyzed,and measures such as increasing the secondary air distribution,increasing the secondary supplementary combustion air,changing the way of steam supply and improving the tightness of the furnace are taken.The results indicate significant temperature increase in the furnace,nearly full coverage of the whole furnace in the activation area,enhanced product quality and output,and reduced pollutant discharge as per the standard.In a word,the site production environment is greatly improved.
