摘要
针对中德联合培养本科生项目学生留学中的实际问题,采用德国柏林教学模式,分析人类学和社会文化条件,构建跨文化行为能力培养的教学模块,确定培养的教学意向、教学内容、教学方法和教学手段,并在教学班中进行跨文化行为能力培养的教学实践。通过问卷调查、邮件等方式对模块教学进行阶段性评估和后期动态跟踪。结果表明,该教学模块显著地增强了学生的跨文化意识,明显地提高了学生的跨文化行为能力。这为中德联合培养本科生项目学生跨文化行为能力的培养提供了参考。
In view of the practical problems of the Sino-German joint undergraduate program students in Germany,this paper analyzed the anthropological,social and cultural preconditions,constructing the teaching module of intercultural behavior competence development by virtue of the Berlin pedagogy mode,and determined teaching objective,teaching content,teaching method and teaching means for cultivation,and carried out teaching practice for intercultural behavior competence in the teaching class.After that,the teaching module was evaluated by stage and followed up for dynamic tracing through questionnaires and emails.The results show that it can significantly enhance the intercultural awareness,obviously improve the intercultural behavior competence of students in this class and provide reference for development of the intercultural behavior competence of undergraduates in the Sino-German joint program.
