摘要
文章主要介绍了氨压缩机一级密封工艺气管线的优化过程。甲醇工段氨压机干气密封一级密封气管线在经过防喘冷却器后,由于蒸汽压力时常有波动或管道腐蚀产生漏点等原因,使实际温度无法满足干气密封温度指标要求。通过优化,可以有效的解决干气密封中密封气温度的波动和温度低的问题,保障了干气密封需要的工艺气温度,达到了氨压缩机干气密封不泄露以及正常运行的要求,延长了干气密封元件的更换周期,使干气密封没有冷凝物形成。
This paper mainly introduces the optimization process of gas pipeline for the first stage sealing process of ammonia compressor.After passing through the antiasthmatic cooler,the first-grade sealed gas pipeline of ammonia compressor in methanol section cannot meet the requirements of the dry gas seal temperature index due to the frequent fluctuation of steam pressure or the leakage point caused by pipeline corrosion.Through optimization,can effectively solve the dry gas seal seal temperature fluctuation and the problem of low temperature,to ensure the temperature of dry gas seal need process,reached the dry gas seal of ammonia compressor not leak and to meet the requirements of normal operation,to extend the dry gas seal components replacement cycle,the dry gas seal no condensate formation.
