摘要
兰州石化公司炼油厂80万t/a连续重整装置预加氢循环氢压缩机在生产运行中填料密封频繁泄漏,存在较大安全隐患。通过对失效密封检查及实际运行状况的监测,认为填料密封的安装、填料环的过度磨损及填料函中未形成氮气密封腔是导致填料密封氢气泄漏并沿着活塞杆进入中体的重要原因。提出了对压缩机主填料函和中间填料充氮气和改造中体顶部高位放空线的措施。改造并投用后填料密封寿命延长,经济及安全环保效益显著,装置现场的规格化管理得到了明显改善,可为同类氢气往复式压缩机的运行维护提供参考。
Packing seal leakage frequently occurs in the prehydrogenation circulating hydrogen compressor of 0.8 Mt/a continuous reforming unit in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company refinery.Through the inspection of the failure seal and the monitoring of the actual operation,it is considered that the installation of packing seal,the excessive wear of packing ring and the absence of nitrogen sealing cavity in packing box are the important reasons that lead to the hydrogen leakage of packing seal and entering the Middle Body along the Piston Rod.The measures of filling nitrogen into the main packing box and intermediate packing box of the compressor and the High blowout line at the top of the Middle Body are put forward.After reforming and putting into use,the sealing life of the packing is prolonged,the economic,safety and environmental protection benefits are remarkable,the standardized management of the plant site is improved obviously,which can provide reference for the operation and maintenance of the same kind of hydrogen Reciprocating compressor.
