摘要
我国实行医疗改革以来,医院建设得到了空前的发展。在医院建设费用提高的同时,能耗也在持续上升。文章针对不同地区的地域特点及气候特征,调查研究医院建筑既有能耗水平及能源系统的运营现状,通过对医院建筑能耗进行分析研究,构建医院能源系统运营管理评价指标体系,进而开发医院能源系统运营管理评价软件,为后续医院建筑节能改造及能效提升提供方便快捷的评价和决策依据。
Since the beginning of medical revolution,constructions of new hospital buildings have been spooning rapidly.As the increase of construction fee,energy consumptions of buildings are increasing,too.In this paper,current energy consumptions and energy systems managements are investigated first,which are based on climate conditions of different area.Then,energy consumptions of hospitals are analyzed,based on which,analyzing indexes and evaluation methods are proposed for the management of hospital energy systems.Next,a software for evaluating the management of hospital energy systems is developed,which can assist hospital retrofit to enhance system efficiency.
