摘要
采用水提醇沉法提取中药中的有效成分,通过测定骆驼蓬子、黄连和没食子等11种中药对致犊牛腹泻大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)值,比较各中药对致犊牛腹泻大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果。结果表明,11种中药提取物中骆驼蓬子、没食子、黄连和小檗实对致犊牛腹泻大肠杆菌抑菌效果最明显,抑菌圈直径分别为:25.63 mm、21.89 mm、21.82 mm、19.32 mm,MIC值分别为3.91 mg/mL、31.25 mg/mL、62.5 mg/mL、62.5 mg/mL,而石榴花、红花、阿魏、柽柳实和甘草提取物对致犊牛腹泻大肠杆菌没有显示抑菌作用。
In this experiment,water extractive alcohol precipitation method was used to extract the active ingredients from 11 traditional Chinese medicines such as Peganum harmala,Rhizoma Coptidis and Gall.The inhibition circle diameter,minimum bacteriostatic and minimum bactericidal concentration of E.coli were determined to compare the in vitro antibacterial effect of each traditional Chinese medicine on E.coli caused by yak diarrhea.The results of the determination of the diameter of the inhibition zone of E.coli diarrhea showed that the antibacterial effect of Peganum harmala、Nutgall and Rhizoma Coptidis on yak diarrhea was the most significant.The inhibition zone diameters were 25.63 mm,21.82 mm and 20.98 mm,respectively.MIC values of Peganum harmala、Nutgall、Rhizoma Coptidis and Berberis were 3.91 mg/mL、31.25 mg/mL,62.5 mg/mL,and 62.5 mg/mL,respectively.However,the active ingredients from Pomegranate Flower、Safflower、Ferulic、Tamarisk and Licorice extract did not show antibacterial effect on yak diarrhea E.coli.
