摘要
丝杠与轴承座的配合问题,是一个基础性问题,在机床的装配过程中经常遇到.在实际的装配过程中,经常会出现误差,从而影响机床本身的基础精度.因此,研究机床中的车床类在其设计与调试过程中可能影响到两者关系的相关问题,给出装配过程中轴承座和丝杠配合的调整方案,希望对其他设计人员有所帮助,使其在设计和使用过程中可以有效降低机床成本,提高装配效率并保证其精度.
The matching problem between the screw and the bearing seat is a basic problem,which is often encountered in the assembly process of the machine tool.In the actual assembly process,errors often appear,which affect the basic accuracy of the machine tool itself.This paper studies the lathe in the machine tool.In the process of its design and debugging,the relevant problems that may affect the relationship between the two are analyzed in detail.The matching adjustment scheme of the bearing seat and the lead screw in the assembly process is given.It is hoped that it can help other designers to effectively reduce the cost of the machine tool,improve the assembly efficiency and ensure its accuracy in the design and use process.
