摘要 通过设计研究改善现有医疗机构的儿童糖尿病康复服务,提出基于同伴教育法的儿童糖尿病认知服务,促进儿童糖尿病患者学习以及实现更好的健康管理。通过调研了解了目前糖尿病患者的主要治疗情况与心理健康状况,结合协同设计的方法,与医疗机构的专家、患者等共同分析提供儿童糖尿病健康服务的医疗机构、糖尿病患者及其家属的主要痛点及需求,改善服务。通过协同设计,最终提出基于同伴教育法的儿童糖尿病夏令营活动,提升提升糖尿病患儿的心理素质,增强其自信心,倡导健康的生活方式及饮食习惯。在协同设计改善服务的过程中,发挥协同参与的各方专长与优势至关重要。以同理心关注用户,帮助用户,才能够真正创造真正符合用户需求的服务设计。 Improving existing services of children ’diabetes rehabilitation in medical institutions by design research,and propose the children’s diabetes cognitive service based on Peer Education Method. So as to promote the learning of children with diabetes and achieve better health management. Understand the current treatment and mental health of children with diabetes by investigation,combined co-design method to analyze the main pain points and needs of medical institutions,patients and their families together with experts from medical institutions and patients,so as to improve the services. Through co-design process,the diabetes camp activity based on peer education method was finally proposed to improve the psychological quality of children with diabetes,increase self-confidence of the children,and advocate healthy lifestyle and dietary habits. Through the service improving process by co-design,it is very important to give full play for the co-creators. Only by paying attention to users with empathy and helping them,can we truly create service designs that meet users’ needs.
