摘要
近年来稀土在我国的开采和冶炼给周边的生态环境带来了严重的污染。LCA作为一种重要的环境管理工具,对于改善产品的生产工艺、减少环境污染,开展环境与产品、工艺协调性具有重要的意义。为了对G公司进行环保诊断,寻求改善生产工艺和改善产品结构的机会与措施,指导G公司开展绿色设计产品的工作。通过对G公司的广泛调研,并运用生命周期评价方法对该企业生产的湿法冶炼分离产品(REO)的全生命周期的环境影响进行了分析。选取了不可再生化石能源ADP、全球增温潜势GWP等五类环境影响类型作为G公司湿法冶炼分离产品生命周期的主要环境影响类型。并将各生产工序对环境影响类型的贡献进行了比较,得到该企业在生产过程中应着重优化灼烧工序阶段,控制生产过程中的SO 2的排放。
In recent years,the mining and metallurgy of rare earths in China has brought serious pollution to the surrounding ecological environment.As an important environmental management tool,LCA is of great significance for improving the production process of products,reducing environmental pollution,and carrying out environmental,product and process coordination.In order to conduct environmental diagnosis for G Company,we seek opportunities and measures to improve production processes and improve product structure,and guide G Company to carry out green design products.Through extensive research on G company and the life cycle assessment method,this paper analyzes the environmental impact of the hydrometallurgy and separation product(REO)produced by the company.Five types of environmental impact types,such as non-renewable fossil energy ADP and global warming potential GWP,were selected as the main environmental impact types of G company’s hydrometallurgy and separation product life cycle.The contribution of each production process to the type of environmental impact is compared,and the company should focus on optimizing the burning process stage in the production process to control the SO 2 emissions during the production process.
