摘要
为了提高行波型超声电机输出转矩,尤其电机工作时,由于定转子接触不均匀造成转子磨损严重,导致超声电机机械性能和寿命降低问题。根据行波型超声电机工作特点,建立定转子整体接触分析模型,构建电机机械性能主要影响参数,基于Ansys软件仿真分析在相同边界条件下各参数对电机接触间隙距离大小的影响,由分析结果可得出在施加相同边界条件下,转子腹板厚度对于接触状态影响较小;定子腹板厚度、柔性环节宽度和高度影响较大且趋势明显,定子腹板厚度增大,接触间隙减小,使接触趋于均匀。分析结论为超声电机定转子的结构设计提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the output torque of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor,especially when the motor is working,the uneven contact between stator and rotor causes serious wear of the rotor,which leads to the reduction of mechanical performance and service life of the ultrasonic motor.According to the working characteristics of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor,the overall contact analysis model of stator and rotor was established,and the main influencing parameters of mechanical performance of the motor were constructed.Based on Ansys software,the influence of each parameter on the contact gap distance of the motor under the same boundary conditions was simulated and analyzed.From the analysis results,it can be concluded that under the same boundary conditions,the influence of the web thickness of the rotor on the contact state is small.The thickness of stator webs,the width and height of flexible links have great influence and obvious trend.The thickness of stator webs increases,and the contact gap decreases,so that the contact tends to be uniform.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for the structure design of the stator and rotor of the ultrasonic motor.
