摘要
目的探讨中医护理技术在下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)中的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年5月—2019年4月期间收治的DVT患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采取常规西医治疗及护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医护理技术干预,比较2组护理前后患肢肿胀及疼痛症状、生活质量改善情况及护理满意度。结果2组护理干预后患肢肿胀、疼痛症状、QLQ-C30疼痛因子评分均降低,躯体、情绪及社会因子评分均升高(P<0.05);观察组护理干预后患肢肿胀、疼痛症状及QLQ-C30疼痛因子评分降低差值,躯体、情绪及社会因子评分升高差值均大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度97.22%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论中医护理技术可显著降低DVT患者患肢肿胀及疼痛症状,提高生活质量,护理效果满意且患者的满意度高,值得应用和推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs.Methods 72 patients with DVT admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,36 cases in each group.The control group received routine western medicine treatment and nursing intervention,while the observation group received TCM nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The symptoms of swelling and pain of affected limbs,improvement of quality of life and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of swelling,pain symptoms and QLQ-C30 pain factors in affected limbs of the two groups decreased,while the scores of somatic,emotional and social factors increased(P<0.05);after nursing intervention,the scores of swelling,pain symptoms and QLQ-C30 pain factors in the observation group decreased,while the scores of somatic,emotional and social factors increased.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing technology can significantly reduce the symptoms of swelling and pain of DVT patients’limbs,improve the quality of life,satisfactory nursing effect and high satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
