摘要
目的探讨中药保留灌肠治疗习惯性便秘的临床经验。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月收治的90例习惯性便秘患者,中药保留灌肠组(30例)接受自拟润肠通便饮清洗灌肠,温水灌肠组(30例)接受加温自来水灌肠,对照组(30例)接受常规西药治疗,对所有患者连续随访3个月,对比3组患者临床疗效和复发情况。结果中药保留灌肠组临床治疗总有效率明显高于温水灌肠组和对照组(χ^2=14.3977、22.2111,P<0.05);温水灌肠组和对照组临床治疗总有效率对比无差异(χ^2=1.0561,P>0.05)。中药保留灌肠组习惯性便秘复发率明显低于温水灌肠组和对照组(χ^2=11.1969、14.4831,P<0.05);温水灌肠组和对照组习惯性便秘复发率对比无差异(χ^2=0.2254,P>0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠治疗习惯性便秘效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of habitual constipation.Methods Ninety patients with habitual constipation admitted to our hospital(January 2017 to January 2019)were enrolled.The traditional Chinese medicine retention enema group(n=30)received self-made Runchang Tongbianyin and warm water enema group(n=30)received warmed tap water enema,and the control group(n=30)received conventional western medicine.All patients were followed up for 3 months,and the clinical efficacy and recurrence of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema group was significantly higher than that of warm water enema group and control group(χ^2=14.3977,22.2111,P<0.05).There was no difference in total effective rate between warm water enema group and control group(χ^2=1.0561)(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of habitual constipation in the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema group was significantly lower than that in the warm water enema group and the control group(χ^2=11.1969,14.4831,P<0.05).There was no difference in the recurrence rate of habitual constipation between the warm water enema group and the control group(χ^2=0.2254,P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema has a significant effect on habitual constipation,and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
