摘要
目的探讨健脾补肾汤防治肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞减少症的效果。方法选择2017年5月—2018年6月治疗的化疗后白细胞减少症患者,共70例。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予西药治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上给予健脾补肾汤治疗,一个月后对效果进行评估,比较2组临床疗效、白细胞数变化情况、患者症状积分情况、白细胞恢复正常值所需的时间。结果在采用健脾补肾汤治疗之后,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组通过治疗,白细胞数量较治疗之前有明显升高;对照组白细胞数量在治疗前后并无明显差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的症状积分低于治疗之前,对照组在治疗前后无明显变化,观察组分值下降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞达到正常值所需时间为(6±1.8)d,对照组白细胞达到正常值所需时间为(13±1.3)d,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾汤防治肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞减少症的效果显著,能够提高治疗的临床效果、提高患者的白细胞数、缓解患者的临床症状,并缩短白细胞值恢复正常的时间,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Bushen decoction on leukopenia after chemotherapy in tumor patients.Methods 70 patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy who came to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was treated with Jianpi Bushen decoction on the basis of the control group.The effect was evaluated one month later.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the change of white blood cell count,the patients’symptom scores,and the time required for the white blood cell to return to normal value was compared.Results After treatment with Jianpi Bushen decoction,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of white blood cells in the observation group was significantly increased after treatment.There was no significant difference in the number of white blood cells in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The symptom score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,while that of the control group had no significant change before and after treatment,and the score of the observation group decreased significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time required for white blood cells to reach normal value in the observation group was(6±1.8)days,while that in the control group was(13±1.3)days.The observation group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Bushen decoction has a significant effect in preventing and treating leukopenia after chemotherapy in tumor patients,which can improve the clinical effect of treatment,increase the number of white blood cells in patients,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and shorten the time for the white blood cell value to return to normal.
