摘要
为降低地铁运行时产生的振动对周边环境敏感点的影响,提高减振扣件实用性及性价比,结合目前市场上中等减振扣件的应用现状,研发一种地铁用新型减振扣件。对该扣件结构进行分析,并进行不同刚度值条件下扣件动力学性能仿真,得到扣件刚度值与减振效果间的关系。并以新型减振扣件为测试对象,对扣件系统进行落锤试验,测试其减振性能并进行试验结果分析。仿真分析和测试结果对新型减振扣件系统的推广应用具有重要意义。
In order to reduce the impact of subway’s vibration on the sensitive points in the surrounding environment and raise the practicability and the quality-to-cost ratio of the damping fasteners,a new medium damper fastener system is developed according to the application status of the medium damper fasteners in the markets at present.The dynamic performances of the new fasteners under different stiffness values are simulated,and the relationship between the fastener stiffness value and the damping effect is obtained.The drop-weight test is done to the new type damper fastener for analyzing its damping performance.The simulation analysis and test results are of great significance for the popularization and application of the new damper fastener system.
