摘要
引入颗粒碰撞阻尼器的耗散功率效率和有效动态质量的概念。基于稳态能量流法和EDEM仿真介绍颗粒阻尼器耗散功率效率、有效动态质量和等效黏性阻尼系数的确定方法,并利用颗粒阻尼器和附带阻尼器的简支梁的谐和强迫振动试验,验证颗粒阻尼器的减振效率以及特性参数测定、EDEM仿真分析的正确性。基于EDEM仿真技术,研究颗粒群质量、颗粒填充间隙、激励频率和阻尼器振动位移等主要参数对颗粒阻尼器耗散功率效率的影响,并得到相应的主设计曲线,可供有关设计人员参考。
The concept of dissipative power efficiency and effective dynamic mass of particle impact dampers are introduced.The steady state energy method and the EDEM simulation method are used to determine the particle damper power dissipation efficiency,dynamic mass and viscous damping coefficient.Through the forced vibration test of the particle damper and the simply supported beam with the damper,the vibration reduction efficiency of the particle damper and the correctness of the characteristic parameters determination and EDEM simulation are verified.Based on the EDEM technology of simulation,the influence of the particle mass,damper gap,excitation frequency and vibration displacement of the damper on the power dissipation efficiency of the particle damper is analyzed.And the corresponding principal design curves are obtained for the design of particle dampers.
