摘要
天津滨海文化中心组团项目的规划设计,较之以前发生了怎样的变化?天津城市规划设计研究院在这中间承担着怎样的角色?在2003年滨海新区核心区规划中,对于城市结构的考虑是将中央大道作为城市轴线,串联八个重要的功能节点。由于中央大道两侧现存和规划了大量住宅用地和铁路货场用地,导致城市公共空间分散,并没有体现城市设计的思想。
What changes have been taken place in the planning and design of this group project of Tianjin Binhai Cultural Center in comparison with the past?What role does Tianjin Academy of Urban Planning and Design(TAUPD)play in the project?In the planning of the core area of Binhai New Area in 2003,the consideration of the urban structure is to connect eight vital functional nodes in series with the Central Avenue as the city axis.Since there are a large number of residential land and railway freight yard land on both sides of Central Avenue,leading to the dispersion of urban public space,the idea of urban design has not been reflected.The plan in 2006 con nects three n ewly desig mated functional areas,as well as Ziyun Park and Yujiapu Park in series through Central Avenue,end makes conscious plans for the public space along the line by bringing together a large number of important public buildings and business office on both sides,which clearly reflects the idea and layout of urban design.
