摘要
目的探讨早期中西医结合综合治疗对早产脑损伤患儿神经发育及脑干听觉诱发电位的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月我院收治的123例早产脑损伤患儿,按随机数字表法将其分为综合治疗组(63例)和常规治疗组(60例)。常规治疗组采用综合康复治疗(运动疗法+作业疗法+营养脑细胞治疗),综合治疗组在常规治疗组基础上加用小儿推拿+点穴治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前、后的发育商评分、脑干听觉诱发电位潜伏期及峰间期情况。结果治疗前,两组患儿的大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言、社交能力发育商评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言、社交能力发育商评分均高于治疗前,且综合治疗组的大运动、精细动作发育商评分高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的脑干听觉诱发电位潜伏期、峰间期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿脑干听觉诱发电位潜伏期、峰间期均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期中西医结合综合治疗可促进早产脑损伤患儿的运动及智力发育,并且可改善患儿的脑干听神经的传导功能。
Objective To explore the effects of early integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment on neural development and brainstem auditory evoked potential in preterm infants with brain injure.Methods From June 2016 to June 2018,123 children of premature brain injury admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into comprehensive treatment group(63 cases)and conventional treatment group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The conventional treatment group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment(physical therapy+occupational therapy+nutrition brain cells therapy),the comprehensive treatment group was given children massage+point treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment group.The development quotient scores,brainstem auditory evoked potential latency and peak to peak interval of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the development quotient scores of the major motor,fine motor,adaptive ability,language and social ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the development quotient scores of the major motor,fine motor,adaptive ability,language and social ability in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the development quotient scores of major motor,fine motor in the comprehensive treatment group were higher than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the brainstem auditory evoked potential latency and peak to peak interval between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the brainstem auditory evoked potential latency and peak to peak interval of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The early integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment can promote the development of movement and intelligence of premature infants with brain injury,and improve the conduction function of brainstem audit
