摘要
零阿片类麻醉(OFA)策略是一种联合镇静药、局麻药、非甾体抗炎药、α-2受体激动剂等的多模式麻醉,OFA目的是尽可能减少阿片类药物或无阿片类药物的使用,从而规避阿片类药物所带来的许多副作用。OFA是在目前多模式镇痛的前提下所提出的,其不只是由另一种药物来取代阿片类药物,而是需结合多种药物或技术来实现理想中的OFA。本文就阿片类的副作用、OFA的临床应用及面临的问题作一综述。
The opioid-free anesthesia(OFA)strategy is a kind of multi-mode anesthesia combined with sedatives,local anesthetics,non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,α-2 receptor agonists and so on.The purpose of OFA is to reduce the use of opioids or non opioids as much as possible,so as to avoid many side effects of opioids.OFA is proposed based on the premise of current multimodal analgesia,it is not only to replace opioids with another drug,but also to implement the ideal OFA by combining multiple drugs or technologies.This article reviews the side effects of opioids,clinical application of OFA and problems faced.
