摘要
采用基于设计波法的船体结构强度评估方法,对某3000 m深潜水作业支持船船体结构进行优化研究。主要内容为:基于谱分析方法,以船中垂向弯矩为控制参数,通过水动力直接计算,获得目标船船中垂向弯矩的传递函数,并结合具体的海浪谱和海况资料得到对应一定概率水平的垂向弯矩长期值,进而确定设计波各要素。通过水动力直接计算,预报获得船体在设计波下的运动和载荷响应,并将设计波载荷传递到有限元模型上,进行设计波法下船体结构强度直接计算,分析计算结果,为船体结构的设计和优化研究提供依据。
An optimization study of the structures was carried out for a 3000 m deep diving support vessel based on the design wave approach.With the spectrum method and the sagging bending moment in the middle ship taken as the control parameter,the transfer function of the sagging bending moment in the middle ship of the object ship was obtained through the hydrodynamic direct calculation.Combined with the specific wave spectrum and sea state document,the correspondent sagging bending moment long-term value of a certain probability level was achieved,determining each parameter of the design wave accordingly.The motion and load response of the ship under the design wave was forecasted based on the hydrodynamic direct calculation.The design wave load was transferred to the FEA model and the ship structure strength direct calculation was executed based on the design wave approach.The calculation result was analyzed,providing the basis for the ship structure design and optimization study.
