摘要
为实现接触网设备的精细化管理,研发高速铁路接触网生产任务可视化管理系统。研究提出接触网设备的单元化、关系型数据管理模型,以及接触网生产检修计划智能生成算法,在此基础上开发了接触网设备管理子系统以及检修沙盘模型、手持终端子系统,实现了图表可视化、生产作战指挥图和报表定制等功能,为车间的精细化生产和精准维修提供技术支撑。
The paper strives to develop a visualized system for the management of OCS equipment for high speed railway in an effort to realize detailed management.It proposes a model and an arithmetic,the former of which manages OCS-related data by unit and in accordance with the internal relation and the latter of which offers smart generation of working and maintenance plan.On this basis,the paper develops the subsystems for OCS management,the maintenance sand table and portable terminals accordingly,promising visualized diagrams and data as well as the customized development of plans and reports.The results serve as the technical support for the detailed operation and targeted maintenance at railway workshops.
