摘要
研究目的:剖析丘陵山区耕地流转障碍因素不仅是破解耕地适度规模经营的有效路径,也是实现农业现代化的必然选择。研究方法:选取江西省修水县的彭桥村为研究对象,基于问卷调查方法与文献梳理法,剖析丘陵山区耕地流转特征和障碍因素,并提出了促进丘陵山区耕地流转的优化路径。研究结果:1)丘陵山地耕地流转比例并不高,约为36.92%;2)抑制丘陵山区耕地流转与基础设施落后耕作交通不便、耕地细碎化、现代农业、农业现代化滞后和农民流转意愿密切相关;3)实现丘陵山区耕地有序流转还应从深化农业产业链、完善农业设施、构建耕地流转平台和提升生活保障水平。研究结论:研究以丘陵山区耕地流转为研究对象丰富了耕地流转案例。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the obstacles of cultivated land transfer in Hilly areas, which is not only an effective way to solve the problem of appropriate scale management of cultivated land, but also an inevitable choice to realize agricultural modernization. Methods of questionnaire and literature reviews were employed to analyzes the characteristics and obstacles of cultivated land transfer in hilly areas and then puts forward the optimization path of promoting cultivated land transfer in Pengqiao village in Xiushui County of Jiangxi Province. The results shows that : 1) it suggested that the proportion of cultivated land transfer in hilly areas is not high, about 36.92%;2) it demonstrated that the inhibition of cultivated land transfer in hilly areas is closely related to the inconvenient transportation, the fragmentation of cultivated land, the lag of modern agriculture and agricultural modernization, and the willingness of farmers to transfer in Hilly area;3)it shows that the orderly transfer of cultivated land in hilly areas should also be realized by deepening the agricultural industry chain, improving agricultural facilities, we will build a platform for the transfer of arable land and improve the standard of living security. It concluded that the cultivated land transfer in Hilly and mountainous areas as the research object to enrich the cases of cultivated land transfer.
