摘要
油气管道在运行过程中会遇到加装更换阀门、局部管道更换等情况,管道封堵技术是解决这些问题的最为安全、快捷、经济的前提和保障。某海上气田外输海管的平台侧立管段管线和阀组原设计压力不能满足新增气量后的压力要求,需进行更换。综合对比了四种封堵技术,优选了技术成熟智能封堵技术并给出施工方案,有效缩短工期,降低投资;创新性的提出MEG封堵泄压技术,开拓了海底管道封堵技术的新思路。
During the operation of oil and gas pipelines,there will be installation and replacement of valves and partial pipeline. Pipeline plugging technology is the most safe,fast and economical premise and guarantee to solve these problems. For an offshore gas field,the original design pressure of the pipeline and valve assembly of the platform side riser section cannot meet the pressure requirement caused by regional gas increment,which needs to be replaced. Four kinds of plugging technology were compared comprehensively,mature intelligent plugging technology was optimized and construction scheme was given,which can effectively shorten the construction period and reduce investment. Innovative MEG plugging and pressure relief technology was put forward,which opened up a new idea of submarine pipeline plugging technology.
