摘要
根据模压成型工艺及带嵌件的壳盖制品结构特点,在合模过程中对嵌件的螺纹部分进行保护,确保模压成型过程中熔融原料不能进入金属螺纹内,避免了后续嵌件螺纹清理的工序,提高了模压生产效率和模压件质量。
The requirement of compressing process and the structural characteristics of SMC part with thread insert is analyzed.A kind of protective assembly for the compressing mold is designed for the screw insert.During the mold closing period,the protective structure can prevent the resin from flowing into the screw.It helps to improve the quality of the compressing part.Hence the production efficiency and quality are improved.
