摘要
本文研究了气相色谱法检测植物油中脂肪酸的组成和含量,采用先皂化和甲酯化的实验过程,再用CP-sil88型毛细管色谱柱进行分析,能较好的分离37种脂肪酸,对数据进行处理可以看出,该方法分离度好,适用于植物油中脂肪酸组成及含量的测定.
In this paper,the composition and content of fatty acids in vegetable oil were determined by gas chromatography.According to the experimental process of saponification and methylation,and then analyzed by CP-Sil 88 capillary column,37 kinds of fatty acids can be separated well.It can be seen from the data processing that this method has a good separation degree and is suitable for the determination of the composition and content of fatty acids in vegetable oil.
