摘要
风送式喷雾机广泛应用于果园植保作业,因其施药作业参数不能根据果树冠层结构自动调节等缺点,沉积在单位叶片面积上药液极不均匀,无法实现精准对靶、智能喷施。文章梳理国内外智能喷雾技术发展现状,仿形喷雾技术、静电喷雾技术、在线混药技术、循环喷雾技术可有效提高农药沉积率,减少农药漂移,更好的满足节水省药的作业需求。列举出部分智能化喷雾技术在风送式喷雾机上应用与试验效果,为我国果园风送式喷雾机智能化发展提供理论参考。多技术集成化、农机农艺融合度、高新技术集成应用将成为果园喷风送式雾机的未来趋势。
The air-fed sprayer is widely used in orchard plant protection operations,because its application parameters can't be automatically adjusted according to the canopy structure of fruit trees,the liquid deposition on the unit leaf area is very uneven,and it does not achieve the goal of precise target and intelligent spraying.This article sorted out the development status of intelligent spray technology at home and abroad.Profiling spray technology,electrostatic spray technology,online drug mixing technology and circulating spray technology could effectively increase pesticide deposition rate,reduce pesticide drift,and address water-saving and drug-saving operation demands.The application and test results of some intelligent spraying technologies on air-fed sprayers were listed to provide a theoretical basis for the judicious development of orchard air-fed sprayers in China.Multi-technology integration,integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy,and high-tech integration applications will become the future trend of orchard air-fed sprayers.
