摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)的合并症涉及全身多个系统,是导致患者病情恶化的重要病因,主要包括急性心肌损伤、急性胃肠炎和急性肝损伤、急性脑炎、淋巴细胞减少和弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)、急性肾损伤、孕妇感染、横纹肌溶解症、营养不良、发热、心理异常及呼吸功能受损等.及时准确地诊断和治疗这些合并症是重症患者救治成功的重要环节.本建议分别描述合并症的发病现状,并推荐诊治原则、主要监测指标及主要处置方案.本建议是工作在武汉抗疫一线的空军军医大学西京医院重症医疗队基于临床救治经验及文献编写的,对于提高新冠肺炎救治成功率的全身管理方案制定具有参考意义.
The comorbidities of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)involves multiple systemic and is an important cause of the deterioration of the patient's condition,ineluding acute myocardial injury,acute gastroenteritis and acute liver injury,acute encephalitis.lymphoeytopenia and disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC),acule kidney injury,infection in pregnant women,myositis and rhabdonyolysis,malnutrition,fever,psychological abnormalities and respiratory dysfunction.Timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment of these comorbidities is an important part of the successful treatment of severe patients.This recommendation deseribes the current situation of the comorbidities,and recommends the principles of diagnosis and treatment,the main monitoring indicators and the main management plan.This recommendation is prepared by the experts from Xijing Hospital of the Air Force Medieal University on the frontline of fighting against COVID-19 in Wuhan.Based on clinical trealment experience and literature,it is of reference significance for the formulation of systemic management plan to improve the success rate of COVID-19 treatment.
