摘要 目的:针对当前临床应用中对胎儿个体生长曲线和胎儿发育异常监测预警的需求,利用移动互联网手段,构建胎儿生长曲线预警系统。方法:系统构建了基于服务的整体架构,完善的数据存储结构,智能的预警模型,以及便捷的App客户端。结果:预警模型利用条件随机场算法进行关键参数的提取,结合回归模型,实现胎儿生长异常的自动预警。结论:该系统能够为临床实际应用提供智能辅助决策;方便医生和患者获取胎儿发育异常的预警信息;提高医院的工作效率,节省人力。 Objective:In view of the urgent needs of individual fetal growth curve as well as the monitoring and warning method of abnormal fetal development in the current clinical application,an early warning system of fetus growth curve is constructed using mobile Internet.Methods:The system has built a service-based overall architecture,a complete data storage structure,an intelligent alert model and a convenient App client.Results:The early warning model uses the conditional random field algorithm to extract key parameters and combines the regression model to realize automatic warning of fetal abnormal growth.Conclusion:The system can provide intelligent decision-making for clinical practice,facilitate doctor and patient access to early warning information of abnormal fetus development and improve hospital efficiency by saving manpower.
