摘要
以KH550、CH3CH2OH、AgNO3和H2O为原料,制备活化液,实现同时改性和活化PA12粉体,结合化学镀铜工艺,基于"两步法"工艺制备Cu/PA12复合粉体,借助扫描电镜、红外、X射线衍射等分析手段研究PA12粉体表面活化和化学镀机理.结果表明:KH550分子中氨基可吸附Ag+形成直线结构;PA12粉体经活化后形成吸附银颗粒的硅烷包裹在颗粒表面的结构;活化的PA12粉体表面结构可以催化化学镀沉积面心立方铜颗粒,即制备Cu/PA12复合粉体,且随化学镀时间的增加,镀层结晶性能变好,镀层致密度提高.
In this paper,the activation solution was prepared by using ma-aminopropyltriethoxylsilane,CH3CH2OH,H2O and AgNO3 as raw materials,simultaneously modified and activated PA12 powder,combined with electroless copper plating process,Cu/PA12 composite powder was prepared based on the"two-step method".The mechanism of surface activation and electroless plating of PA12 powder was studied by means of SEM,FTIR and XRD.The results showed that the amino group could adsorb Ag+in the KH550 molecule and then formed a linear structure,and the silane adsorbed on silver particles by activated PA12 powder was wrapped on the its surface.The structure of activated PA12 surface can catalyze electroless plating to deposit face-centered cubic copper particles,that is,Cu/PA12 composite powder can be prepared.As the same time,with the increase of electroless plating time,the crystalline property of the coating became better and the density of the coating increased.
