孤岛工作面过老巷群开采技术实践 被引量:2

摘要 工作面回采期间若需穿过采区系统巷道时,易造成采空区与系统巷道沟通,从而导致采空区及邻近煤层卸压瓦斯瞬间涌入老巷,造成瓦斯超限等事故的发生。谢桥矿12326孤岛工作面开采6煤层为突出煤层,为彻底消除过老巷群期间可能出现的瓦斯涌出异常、老巷底板涌水、支架陷落老巷无法退采等安全隐患,对工作面安全过老巷进行了深入研究,针对不同层位老巷回采期间,采用木垛接顶、铺底工字钢、临近巷道及贯通孔抽采、均压通风等方式顺利通过15条巷道,实现了工作面的安全回采,对类似过巷情况下工作面的安全开采具有重要的参考价值。 It is easy to cause the communication between the goaf and the system roadway,leading to the instantaneous influx of pressure relief gas into the old roadway in the goaf and adjacent coal seams,and causes the occurrence of accidents such as gas exceeding the limit,passing the system roadway in the mining area. No.6 coal seam in 12326 isolated island working face of Xieqiao coal mine are outburst seams. In order to eliminate the potential safety hazards such as gas gushing anomaly,water gushing from floor of old roadway,support subsidence and old roadway unable to withdraw from mining,the safe crossing of old roadway in working face is studied in depth. Wood stacking, bottom-laying I-beam,adjacent roadway and through-hole are adopted during the mining of old roadway in different strata.The safe mining of the working face has been realized through 15 roadways by means of extraction and pressure equalization ventilation,which has important reference value for the safe mining of the working face with similar crossing conditions.
