摘要
地下开采诱发城区地表变形对各类建筑设施及市政管线安全运营造成了严重影响,从而威胁城市正常生活。以马城矿工程开采实践为例,针对急倾斜特厚矿体2个采区同时分层开采引起的地表变形进行研究和预测,确定并区划出不同的变形与破坏区域;再对破坏区域内管道安全性进行研究,揭示了管道应力在非均匀变形区域分布特点、以及应力集中区及其安全性评估。并对易破裂位置,提出了防护措施,由此可以避免管道爆裂而诱发次生灾害,研究成果对城市安全运营具有重要的参考和借鉴价值。
Underground mining induced urban surface deformation has seriously affected the safety operation of various building facilities and municipal pipelines. Thereby threatening the normal life of the city. Takes the practice of mining in Macheng mine as an example,deformation study and prediction of surface deformation caused by simultaneous layered mining in two mining areas with steep slope and thick ore body,identify and distinguish between different deformation and damage areas. Research on the safety of pipelines in the damaged area,the distribution characteristics of pipeline stress in non-uniform deformation regions,as well as the stress concentration zone and its safety assessment are revealed,and put forward protective measures for the location of easy rupture. This can prevent the pipeline from bursting and induce secondary disasters. The research results have important reference and reference value for urban safety operation.
