摘要
目的通过对天津市二级及以上的医疗机构传染病报告信息化建设的调查研究,分析天津市传染病报告信息化建设现状,为完善天津市传染病信息化工作提供参考依据。方法 2018年3月采用问卷调查的方式,对天津市二级及以上医疗机构传染病报告信息化建设情况进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果共调查医疗机构103家,其中94.2%的医疗机构建立了信息系统。具有信息系统的97家医疗机构中,不同级别的医疗机构门诊部和住院部设置电子传染病报告卡、传染病报告卡自动拦截功能、传染病报告卡查询功能和独立传染病报告管理功能情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论天津市二级及以上不同级别医疗机构传染病信息化建设发展不均衡,建议统一传染病报告模块建设标准,建立本地数据采集和传输规范,完善天津市传染病信息化建设。
Objective To analyze the status quo of the informatization construction of infectious disease reports through the investigation and research on the informatization construction of infectious disease reports in medical institutions of the second level and above in Tianjin, so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the informatization of infectious disease in Tianjin.Methods The information construction of infectious disease report in secondary and above medical institutions in Tianjin was investigated by questionnaire in March 2018, and the data were analyzed. Results A total of 103 medical institutions were investigated, of which 94.2% had established information systems. In 97 medical institutions with information system, there were statistically significant differences in electronic infectious disease report card, automatic interception function of infectious disease report card, inquiry function of infectious disease report card and management function of independent infectious disease report in outpatient department and inpatient department among medical institutions of different levels(all P<0.05). Conclusion Among secondary and above medical institutions in Tianjin, the development of informatization construction of infectious disease is uneven in medical institutions of different levels. It is suggested the standards for the construction of infectious disease report module should be unified, and local data collection and transmission norms should be established, to improve the informatization construction of infectious diseases in Tianjin.
