基于多模光纤的高分辨率光谱仪

摘要 基于空间色散原理的光谱仪器无法同时满足分辨率和体积的需求,为此提出了一种全光纤结构的光谱仪,以多模光纤作为光谱仪的核心元件,利用光谱与干涉散斑图的空间二维分布对应关系,将不同波长的光波在经过光纤后的光强分布存储在矩阵中,利用重建算法恢复未知的任意光谱,并且使用改进的优化算法对光谱进行优化.实验得出:多模光纤可以用作高分辨率的光谱仪,并且仅仅10 m长的光纤可以分辨出间隔仅为15 pm的光谱,达到了科研级别的光谱仪分辨率.同时该光谱仪体积小、重量轻、成本低、分辨率高. Spectral instruments based on the principle of spatial dispersion cannot meet the requirements of resolution and volume at the same time. Therefore proposed a whole structure of optical fiber spectrometer, multimode optical fiber as the core element of spectrometer, using spectral and spatial two-dimensional distribution of interference speckle figure correspondence, different wavelengths of light intensity distribution of light after fiber stored in a matrix, using any spectrum reconstruction algorithm to recover the unknown, and using the improved optimization algorithm to optimize a spectrum. The results show that the multi-mode fiber can be used as a high resolution spectrometer, and only 10 meters long fiber can distinguish the spectrum with only 15 pm interval, which reaches the resolution of scientific research level spectrometer. The spectrometer is small in size, light in weight, low in cost and high in resolution.
