摘要
以陕西省重污染企业为研究对象,从技术变迁的角度出发,通过分析技术变迁的内涵、特征和模式,重新定义陕西省重污染企业技术变迁的内涵和模式,进而提出3条技术变迁式转型升级路径:生产技术变迁路径、环保技术变迁路径、信息技术变迁路径,并进一步具体阐析各条路径的运作机理;利用系统动力学模型对各条转型升级路径进行仿真模拟,结果表明3条路径对企业转型都具有正向影响,其中信息技术变迁路径带来的转型效果最优,而该路径的关键影响因素是企业信息系统上线率。研究得出结论:企业信息管理系统的引入和信息化技术人员的培养是陕西省重污染企业目前转型升级的重点。
Taking heavy pollution enterprises in Shaanxi province as the research object,from the point of view of technological change,this paper redefines the connotation and mode of technological change in heavy pollution enterprises in Shaanxi by analyzing the connotation,characteristics and mode of technological change,and then puts forward three paths of technological change transformation and upgrading,they are production technology change path,environmental protection technology change path,and information technology change path,and further analyzes the operation mechanism of each path in detail.The system dynamics model is used to simulate each transformation and upgrading path,the results show that all three paths have positive influence on the enterprise transformation,among which the transformation effect brought by the information technology transition path is optimal,and the key factor of this path is the enterprise information system on-line rate.The paper concludes that the introduction of enterprise information management system and the training of information technology personnel are the key points in the transformation and upgrading of heavy pollution enterprises in Shaanxi province.
