摘要
学术界对技术创新动态能力的概念界定尚未达成一致,维度划分也不统一。通过梳理和综述已有文献关于技术创新动态能力的理论发展、各类观点和研究方法,剖析技术创新动态能力与技术创新能力的本质差别,指出二者概念上的区别和联系,二者性质不同、研究对象不同、理论层次也不同;分析技术创新动态能力的作用机制,认为技术创新动态能力通过不断调整资源的结构与配置来为技术创新活动提供资源投入、创造更适宜的环境,是技术创新活动的一种前置性活动,可以使技术创新更高效也更能适应不断变化的动态竞争环境;最后指出已有研究中还存在研究对象单一、研究方法不完善等问题,并对后续研究作出展望。
The concept definition of dynamic capability of technological innovation in academic circles has not been agreed,and the dimension division is not uniform.This paper combs and summarizes the theoretical development,various viewpoints and research methods of the existing literature on the dynamic ability of technological innovation,analyzes the essential difference between the dynamic ability of technological innovation and the ability of technological innovation,and points out the difference and connection between the two concepts,they have different properties,different research objects and different theoretical levels.The paper further analyzes the mechanism of the dynamic capability of technological innovation,and holds that the dynamic capability of technological innovation provides resource input and creates a more suitable environment for technological innovation activities by constantly adjusting the structure and allocation of resources,it is a kind of leading activity which can make technological innovation more efficient and adapt to the changing dynamic competition environment.At last,the paper points out that there are still some problems in the existing research,such as single object and imperfect research methods,and prospects for the follow-up research.
