摘要
目的评价康复护理对脑卒中恢复期患者神经、认知功能的影响。方法抽取2017年1月至2018年5月期间我院神经内科收治的脑卒中恢复期患者84例,随机分为两组,对照组常规护理,观察组康复护理,每组患者42例。对比两组患者护理前及护理后3个月神经、认知功能及日常生活能力变化。结果观察组护理3个月后认知评分高于对照组,神经功能评分低于对照组,日常生活能力指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中恢复期患者采取康复护理,有利于恢复患者神经及认知功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on neurological and cognitive functions in patients with stroke recovery.Methods A total of 84 patients with convalescent strokes admitted to our department of neurology from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received rehabilitation care,with 42 patients in each group.The changes of neurological,cognitive function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment.Results The MoCA score was higher in the observation group than in the control group after 3 months of treatment.The CNS score was lower than that in the control group,and the BI index was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with convalescent stroke is benefi cial to restore neurological and cognitive function.
