旱莲草超微粉联合止血纱对大鼠脑出血的病理及基础研究

摘要 目的观察旱莲草超微粉联合止血纱对大鼠脑出血的止血效果及病理的基础研究。方法选用健康成年Wistar大鼠,分为自凝组、止血纱布止血组、旱莲草超微粉止血组及旱莲草超微粉联合止血纱布止血组,每组12只,做成大鼠出血模型,观察每组的止血时间、再出血率及光学显微镜下细胞形态变化。结果旱莲草超微粉联合止血纱布止血组的平均止血时间及再出血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,光学显微镜下细胞水肿程度较对照组低。结论旱莲草超微粉联合止血纱在大鼠脑出血模型中止血效果优于单一止血材料,且光学显微镜下观察周围细胞水肿程度较对照组轻。 Objective To observe the hemostatic effect and pathological basis of ultramicro powder combined with hemostatic gauze on rats with intracerebral hemorrhage.Method Choose healthy adult Wistar rats,Dividing them into self-curing group、Hemostatic gauze oppression hemostasis group、Eclipta alba superfi ne powder hemostatic group and Eclipta alba superfi ne powder combined hemostatic hemostatic gauze group,Each group has 12 rats,Making the hemorrhage model of rats,Observe the hemostatic time of each group,bleeding rate and Morphological changes of cells under optical microscope.Result The average time of Eclipta alba superfi ne powder combined hemostatic hemostatic gauze group was shorter than the control group,Bleeding rate is lower than the control group,The difference was statistically signifi cant,The degree of cell edema was lessened comp ared with control group under optical microscope.Conclusion Eclipta alba superfi ne powder joint hemostatic gauze hemostatic effect is superior to the single application of hemostatic materials,Under light microscope,the degree of edema around the cells was lighter than that in the control group.
