摘要
作为一项钻井新技术,小井眼开窗侧钻井是对剩余油气资源开发利用的重要措施。小井眼开窗侧钻施工和裸眼井段扩划眼工序是目前施工难度大,危险系数较高的工序。探讨了在小井眼开窗侧钻裸眼井段扩划眼施工工序的若干问题。其中包括所使用钻头的选择,钻井参数的优选,钻具组合的配置,泥浆性能的控制。
As a new drilling technology,sidetracking is an important measure for the development and utilization of remaining oil and gas resources.At present,it is difficult to open window and sidetrack drilling in small hole and reaming in open hole section,and the risk factor is also high.The technology of reaming in the section of sidetracking open hole in slim hole in Zhongyuan Oilfield is discussed.It includes the selection of bit used,the optimization of drilling parameters,the configuration of BHA,the control of mud performance.
