摘要 超小井眼指的是φ120.65mm井眼。截止到2018年,超小井眼施工5井次,在施工过程中,排量低、压耗大、温度高、压力大、震动大等因素使测量仪器MWD损坏严重,所以对入井MWD仪器性能要求严格。在钻井过程中,井底震动程度与井眼尺寸大小成正比,井眼越小震动越大。当震动达到一定级别,对MWD仪器造成不可逆转损坏。 Ultra-small wellbore refers toφ120.65mm wellbore.As of 2018,5 wells have been constructed in ultra-small boreholes.During the construction process,factors such as low displacement,high pressure loss,high temperature,high pressure,and large vibrations caused serious damage to the measuring instrument MWD,so the performance requirements of the MWD instruments entering the well were strict.During the drilling process,the degree of bottomhole vibration is directly proportional to the size of the borehole.The smaller the borehole,the greater the vibration.When the vibration reaches a certain level,it will cause irreversible damage to the MWD instrument.
