摘要
针对NHD改造项目配套制冷技术选择问题,介绍了吸收制冷、压缩制冷几种常用的制冷技术方案,分析了氨吸收制冷方案利旧的可行性,对氨压缩制冷和丙烯压缩制冷的技术参数、消耗、可利用公辅设施及投资等方面进行经济技术比较,最终选用投资省、消耗低、运行安全的丙烯压缩制冷作为该项目的配套制冷系统,为其他项目制冷系统的选择提供参考。
In view of the selection of supporting refrigeration technology for NHD reconstruction project,several commonly used refrigeration technology including absorption refrigeration and compression refrigeration are introduced.The feasibility of reusing the old ammonia absorption refrigeration is analyzed.Ammonia compression refrigeration and propylene compression refrigeration are compared in terms of economy and technology,such as technical parameters,consumption,available public and auxiliary facilities and investment and so on.Finally,propylene compression refrigeration with low investment,low consumption and safe operation is selected as the supporting refrigeration system of the reconstruction project,and this provides reference for the selection of refrigeration technology for other projects.
