摘要
尿素的水分含量是尿素产品质量的一个重要指标。目前尿素中水分含量的测定方法有烘干法和卡尔·费休法。就瑞士万通870-KF水分测定仪通过卡尔·费休法测定尿素中水分含量操作中出现的结果稳定性差等现象进行研究。通过原因分析、要因确认、提出优化办法等步骤提高尿素水分分析稳定性,从而缩短尿素水分分析时间,减少试剂消耗,提高经济效益。
The moisture content of urea is an important indicator of the quality of urea products.The current methods for determining the moisture content in urea include the drying method and the Karl Fischer method.ThepHenomenon of poor stability of the Metrohm 870-KF moisture analyzer through Karl Fischer method to determine the moisture content in urea was discussed.Improve the stability of urea moisture analysis through causal analysis,factor confirmation,and proposed optimization methods.This shortens the urea moisture analysis time,reduces reagent consumption,and improves economic efficiency.
