摘要
在运用超声法检测钢管混凝土缺陷时,会遇到超声波在钢管混凝土中以何种路径传播以及如何估算所检测的缺陷大小问题,且现阶段的研究不能确定超声波在钢管混凝土传播是否会出现短路,更不能精确地确定缺陷大小。通过试验得出:超声波在钢管混凝土的钢管壁上传播速度约为5.9km/s,是否会出现短路与所检测试件中混凝土的强度和钢管与混凝土接触情况有关;在试验数据的基础上,提出了估算缺陷大小新方法,并进行了验证。
Problems like how to propagate and how to estimate the detected defects of ultrasonic wave in the concrete-filled steel tube will be encountered when using the ultrasonic method to detect the defects of concrete-filled steel tube.Moreover,the current research cannot determine whether the ultrasonic wave can be propagated in the concrete-filled steel tube with short circuit,let alone accurately determine the defects.The experiment shows that:the velocity of propagation of ultrasonic wave on the steel tube wall of concrete-filled steel tube is about 5.9km/s,and whether there is short circuit or not is related to the strength of concrete in the detected specimen and the contact condition between steel tube and concrete.Based on the experimental data,a new method for estimating the defects is put forward and verified.
