摘要
目的探讨血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平与脑胶质瘤患者预后的关系。方法选取75例脑胶质瘤患者为观察组,50例健康体检者为对照组,对比两组血清中GFAP、HIF-1α、VEGF水平差异,根据治疗效果和3年生存情况进行分组,观察不同临床疗效及预后患者血清GFAP、HIF-1α、VEGF水平检测结果。结果观察组血清GFAP、HIF-1α、VEGF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中病理分级Ⅲ-Ⅳ级患者血清GFAP、HIF-1α、VEGF水平高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05)。不同疗效等级患者血清GFAP、HIF-1α、VEGF水平存在显著差异(P<0.05);死亡组患者血清GFAP、HIF-1α、VEGF水平明显高于生存组(P<0.05)。血清GFAP、HIF-1α、VEGF高表达患者生存率均小于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤患者血清GFAP、HIF-1α、VEGF水平明显升高,其表达量与肿瘤病理学分级、临床治疗效果以及患者预后均存在密切联系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α),Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels and prognosis of patients with glioma.Methods 75 patients with glioma were selected as observation group and 50 healthy patients as control group.The differences of serum GFAP,HIF-1αand VEGF levels between two groups were compared.Groups were divided according to treatment effect and 3-year survival.The serum GFAP,HIF-1αand VEGF levels in patients with different clinical efficacy and prognosis were observed.Results The levels of GFAP,HIF-1αand VEGF in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum GFAP,HIF-1αand VEGF in patients with pathological classⅢ-Ⅳwere higher than patients withⅠ-Ⅱclass(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum GFAP,HIF-1αand VEGF levels among patients with different efficacy grades(P<0.05).Serum levels of GFAP,HIF-1αand VEGF in death group were significantly higher than survival group(P<0.05).The survival rates of patients with high expression of serum GFAP,HIF-1αand VEGF were lower than that of patients with low expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum GFAP,HIF-1αand VEGF in glioma patients are significantly increased and the expression levels are closely related to pathological grade,clinical treatment effect and prognosis of patients.
