摘要
为了评定混凝土抗压强度的测量不确定度,以某实际工程为例,采用钻芯法检测混凝土的抗压强度,分析影响抗压强度测量不确定度的各种因素,建立不确定度的测量模型,计算出各个因素的不确定度分量,得到合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,最后给出测量结果的不确定度评估报告。结果表明,该检测批混凝土强度推定值为25.2 MPa,在包含因子为1.5时,测量扩展不确定度为13.7%,不确定度较小,可信度较高。
In order to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of concrete compressive strength,taking a practical project as an example,the core drilling method is used to detect the compressive strength of concrete,various factors affecting the measurement uncertainty of compressive strength are analyzed,the measurement model of uncertainty is established,the uncertainty components of each factor are calculated,the uncertainty of the composite standard and the expanded uncertainty are obtained,and the uncertainty evaluation report of the measurement result is shown finally.And the results show that the estimated value of concrete strength is 25.2 MPa and the expanded uncertainty of the measurement is 13.7%when the inclusion factor is 1.5.The uncertainty is lower and the feasibility is higher.
