摘要
在工程项目建设中各类风险事件时有发生,严重影响工程项目顺利完成。因此,加强项目风险管理已成为工程项目建设过程中的重要环节。以陕西安康至重庆岚皋高速公路某标段建设工程项目为研究对象,应用属性层次算法(AHM)分析评价该项目在建设过程中的潜在风险、风险出现的相对概率以及风险出现后对项目实施过程产生的影响力。结果表明,该风险分析方法能为企业创造一定的经济效益和社会效益。
The occurrence of various risk events during the progress of a project seriously affects the successful implementation.Therefore,the management of risk has become an important link in the process of project.In this paper,the project of a bidding section of the expressway of Langao Ankang to Chongqing is selected as a research object and applied a relatively simple attribute hierarchy(AHM)algorithm to analyze and evaluate the potential risk of the project during construction,and the relative probability of the risk and the impact on the process are also investigated.The results show that the risk analysis method can create potential economic and social benefits for the construction company.
