摘要
以需要理论为基础构建分析框架,采用2016年C市老年人微观调查数据,运用多元回归与二步聚类等方法探究当前老年消费市场上不同的需要类型,基于养老偏好与购买力行为偏好的交互分析构建养老服务PPP模式并优化。结果显示,当下社会化养老服务机构的载体主要是社区居家中心和专业机构,老年人入住偏好受便携性、信息、健康状况、收入状况、现行养老方式、分享和性别因子的正向影响且具有显著性。细分养老市场发现,主要有两类消费者:养老服务偏好者和养老服务从众者。前者偏好入住机构养老,拥有充足收入来源,能提供稳定支出以获得多样化的养老服务,对应政企联合共建PPP模式;后者对养老服务没有过于精准明确的要求,对未来养老模式的选择倾向于社区居家,对应政府主导微利PPP模式。
Based on the need theory,this paper constructs an analysis framework of the data of the 2016 micro-survey of the elderly in C city,uses empirical methods such as factor analysis,multiple regression and cluster analysis to explore the different types of needs in the current elderly consumer market,and constructs a maintenance system based on the interaction analysis of old-care service preference and purchasing pow er behavior preference. The results show that the carriers of current socialized aged care institutions are mainly community home centers and professional agencies. The preferences of elderly residents are positively and significantly affected by portability,information,health status,income status,current pension methods,sharing and gender factors. Also,there are tw o main types of consumers in the current pension market: care service preference and care service conformity. The former prefers to live in institutions w ho has a sufficient income source can provide stable expenditures to obtain diversified care services,w hich corresponds to the PPP of government-enterprise joint model;the latter prefers to live in the community for the aged,w hich is both affordableand close to home,and corresponds to the government-led meager profit PPP model.
