三相三电平四桥臂Z源逆变器漏电流抑制 被引量:6

摘要 提出三电平四桥臂Z源逆变器的一种新调制方法。首先,分析三相三电平四桥臂Z源逆变器的工作原理及影响其共模电压幅值及系统漏电流的影响因素,进而提出一种基于双载波的新型载波调制策略。该调制策略可实现共模电压恒定,从而有效抑制漏电流。然后搭建TI TMS320F28335 DSP+Xilinx XC3400 FPGA数字控制硬件实验平台,对所提出的新型载波调制方案进行实验研究,实验结果可验证所提出方案的有效性。 A new modulation strategy of Z-source three-level four-leg inverter is proposed in this paper. Firstly,the operation principle is analyzed,and the influence factors,related to the common mode voltage and leakage current of Z source three-phase three-level four leg inverter,are discussed. Secondly,a new modulation strategy based on the doublecarrier modulation is proposed. The proposed new method can achieve the constant common mode voltage,so the leakage current can be well attenuated. Finally,the proposed solution is carried out on the TI(Texas Instruments)TMS320 F28335 DSP + Xilinx XC3400 FPGA digital control hardware platform. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed solution.
