摘要
目的探究夏枯草汤对老年高血压颈动脉硬化指数及血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血浆一氧化氮(血浆NO)的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2019年4月齐齐哈尔市中医医院收治的80例老年高血压患者,采用数表法随机分为实验组和常规组,各40例。常规组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,实验组则联合夏枯草汤治疗,治疗周期均为3个月。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,比较治疗前后颈动脉硬化指数及血浆NO、ET-1水平。结果实验组治疗总有效率95.00%,高于常规组的72.50%;与治疗前比,治疗后血浆ET-1水平下降,实验组低于常规组;血浆NO水平升高,实验组高于常规组;与治疗前比,治疗后实验组最大内膜中层厚度IMT(dlMTmax)、阻力指数(RI)降低;治疗后最大血流速度(Vmax)增加,且实验组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论夏枯草汤可通过改善老年高血压患者血管内皮功能及动脉粥样硬化,有效控制高血压,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Xiakucao Decoction on carotid atherosclerosis index and plasma ET-1 and NO in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to qiqihar hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the conventional group,with 40 cases each.The conventional group was treated with amlodipine besylate,while the experimental group was treated with prunella decoction.The treatment period was 3 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the carotid atherosclerosis index and plasma levels of NO and et-1 before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 72.50%in the conventional group.Compared with before treatment,the plasma ET-1 level decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the conventional group.The plasma NO level increased,and the experimental group was higher than the conventional group Compared with before treatment,dlMTMAX、RI in the experimental group decreased after treatment;VMAX increased after treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiakucao decoction can effectively control hypertension by improving vascular endothelial function and atherosclerosis,which is worthy of application.
