摘要
目的分析草酸艾司西酞普兰片联合柏子养心汤对抑郁症的治疗效果及不良反应.方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院治疗的210例抑郁症患者,采用信封法随机分为对照组与观察组,各105例.对照组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片单纯治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合柏子养心汤治疗,比较两组总有效率,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)与治疗副反应量表(TESS)评分.结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后HAMD评分与TESS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论草酸艾司西酞普兰片联合柏子养心汤治疗抑郁症患者可改善患者负性情绪,提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应.
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of lexapro combined with baize yangxin decoction on depression.Methods Totally 210 patients who came to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,105 cases each group.The control group was treated with lexapro alone.The observation group was treated with baize yangxin decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,HAMD and TESS scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,HAMD score and TESS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lexapro combined with baize yangxin decoction on depression can improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reaction.
