摘要
一直以来,住房保障都是社会各界关注的热点,尤其以低收入群体居多的中西部地区更为明显。居住条件的好坏是衡量人民生活水平高低的重要标志,是新时期全面建成小康社会民生问题的重要内容,不断完善城镇住房保障体系,维护中低收入困难家庭住房基本权益,对于构建和谐社会,保持社会稳定,具有十分重要的作用。宁夏银川市近年来住房保障实施工作成效显著,但也存在问题,今后要依照十九大报告中对住房保障工作的新要求新目标,结合银川市住房保障实际,为实现“房子是用来住的”的住房保障目标,最大程度地满足中低收入困难家庭的住房需求,进一步完善保障性住房建设提出建议,以期构建和谐住房保障,达到提高群众满意度和促进住房保障工作进一步发展的目的。
Housing security has always been the focus of attention from all walks of life,especially in the central and western regions where low-income groups are predominant.The quality of the living conditions is an important indicator of the people’s living standards.It is an important part of the issue of building a well-off society and livelihood in the new era.We will continue to improve the urban housing security system,maintain the basic rights and interests of low-and middle-income families,and build a harmonious society.Maintaining social stability has a very important role.The implementation of housing security in Yinchuan City,Ningxia has achieved remarkable results in recent years,but there are still problems.In the future,in accordance with the new requirements and goals of the housing security work in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,combined with the actual situation of housing security in Yinchuan City,""Housing security goals,to meet the housing needs of low-and middle-income families to the greatest extent,further improve the construction of affordable housing and make recommendations to build a harmonious housing security,to achieve the purpose of improving the satisfaction of the masses and promoting the further development of housing security.
